About the Founder
My name is Keith Daniels and I have been a fitness enthusiast since the 8th grade. That was the year when I was finally old enough to be allowed into the high school’s weightroom. As I ventured into the weightroom for the first time, I could see nothing but potential. Potential for me to grow both physically and mentally. And the potential to help me succeed in the sports I was pursuing.
I quickly learned that I was correct- there was a lot of potential but it required a lot of hard work and dedication. But the visible results and progress made it all worth it. I loved leaving the gym knowing that I gave it my all and that the work I put in would help me do better in sports.
Track and field ended up becoming by best sport and I competed in both high school and college. It was a fun and rewarding sport that is both physically and mentally tough. After my injury-plagued college career ended I started coaching.
About the Website
I firmly believe that weight training has the ability to give you an edge in just about any sport. Whether it’s track and field, football, baseball, or basketball. Weight training also has the ability to help you mentally. Among other benefits, getting bigger and stronger can help you gain more confidence. So most, but not all, of the content on this site will be about weight training and how it can be properly used to your advantage. But besides weightlifting, we will have plenty of articles on running, yoga, and fitness equipment, as well as other fitness topics. To request an article on a specific topic, you can simply email us via our contact page.
The goal for each of our articles is for them to be standalone resources. Each article will be in-depth, answering most the questions you would normally have after reading an article. The articles will provide both guidance and step-by-step instructions.
